Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
3. What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your order leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for delivery. However, if your package is lost or unduly delayed, reach out — we’ll investigate and help you file a claim where applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Yes — we accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. You must include proof of purchase. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2. What if I opened the perfume but didn’t use it?
For quality and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products, even if unused. Please ensure you’re confident in your choice before breaking the seal.
3. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund
Product Information
1. Are your perfumes skin-safe?
Yes — all of our formulas are blended in compliance with IFRA safety standards and use cosmetic-grade alcohol. However, we always recommend a patch test, especially for sensitive skin.
2. Are your perfumes vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes. We do not use animal-derived ingredients, and we do not test on animals.
3. How long does the scent last?
Our perfumes are eau de parfum strength — rich enough to linger, but not overwhelming. On average, you can expect 6–8 hours of wear depending on your skin, environment, and application.
4. What is the shelf life?
Stored properly (cool, dry place, away from sunlight), your perfume will retain its full character for up to 2 years — longer in many cases.
